Nice job. The arrangement sounds great, i cant tell if its real or synthetic. For the electric guitar I might just change the rests that are in the wrong place (compared to the original version). The rests I'm talking about are in the two bars that follow the high pitched guitar.

They should make Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis, but not the GBA port, but for the Wii, Xbox360, and PS3 with SA2 renditions of the stages like the said game did with Green Hill Zone.

No, they shouldn't. It would turn out badly and would detract from the greatness of the original games. I hate when people think making a game into 3D with Next Gen graphics would make it awesome, because it wouldn't. The first 3 Sonic Games are already legendary, they don't need a fucking Next Gen remake. They did already will Green Hill Zone in SA2 but I don't trust Sega today to do a good job.

I didn't say Next Gen graphics. It wouldn't exactly be a remake, I meant the Genesis levels would be in 3D format like Sonic Adventure 2's rendition of GHZ. The graphics can stay, as SA2's version of GHZ could have been done on the N64 and we still don't have problems. Just imagine Sonic Unleashed's daytime stages and SA2 was recieved well.

I didn't feel the wrath of Sonic 06, (I have no PS3/Xbox360) If you would hate that, then the game won't be for you.
