I have finally found it! I have been searching for this music ever since I first got the game in December 2010! Oh Good Lord, this game is my all time favourite game, and the music is just excellent, for want of an understatement.

It's most likely been said before, but the title of the song is "Born Unto Trouble" not "Cowboy Whistle Music"

The reason I say this is because I was hoping that it was something someone had done as a tribute to RDR, when I saw it in the related list.
