Even though some cases of the swine flu are mild, you still need to take precautions. You never know what's going to happen. I would rather get a little poke on the arm that only hurts for a few seconds than running a high fever and coughing and wheezing for days.
I just looked at some reports on H1N1 deaths in India, and they're pretty grim. A lot of people got the shot and feel nothing wrong with them, and there are a less people who got the shot and are suffering for it. So, what seems to be OK for you, may not be a one size fits all.

I had it. There was a clinic at my school. Nobody so much as felt ill. And here I am a month and a half later. It was surprisingly painless. I guess I just got a really good nurse. Oh well. I think the problems are slightly due to people not looking up the ingredients. It says all the stuff, like if you're allergic to eggs not to have it, and I guess some people ignored it. It's such a small dose! It's like fish. I've eaten quite a bit of fish in my life, certainly more than in one vaccine.

2-3 mos ago, i got the flu vaccine. i didnt wan it we'd had swine flu in our school and I hadn't contracted it, and was pretty sure that if I had, it'd suck for a few days. However, I ended up getting the shot. I haven't suffered any abnormal symptoms, but I'm still pretty sure I just got set for an early death sentence. Are my worries unfounded or do I have genuine reasons to be concerned?
If you got the shot you got the mercury, aluminum, squalene and 3 viruses. They will cause you damage down the road. Do this as often as you can. Also drink plenty of water. To flush it out of your system.
You have to catch the virus before it actually makes you sick. The sooner the better. So be aware of your body.
You can feel the virus as soon as it enters your body.

NASAL SALINE SPRAY! As soon as someone sneezes around you, spray that saline up your nostrils. I would also spray it in my nostrils after I would sneeze....it's not a coincidence, I think I've mastered this. Plus it's -40 here in Canada, so everyone is sick as dogs.

They don't surprise me, because much of India's population is under the poverty line and can't afford vaccines or advanced medical care. The vaccine would save these people. I had to get the H1N1 vaccine because I was among the high-risk patients. So it actually SAVED my life rather than THREATENED it. With a vaccine, all I get is a sore arm (which sucks, but it goes away quickly), and that's it. I would be MISERABLE if I had the flu. Trust me; the swine flu IS REAL. Look at what it did to some of the people who got it. It isn't pretty.

I didn't die! :D I think the severe and deadly side effects only happen in people who are allergic to eggs (which is why they don't give any kind of flu shot to that group of people). I've had shots all my life, I get the flu shot every single year, and nothing happened. See this is just one reason I don't fucking trust the government. Back in the swine flu epidemic in the 70s more people died from the vaccine than the actual flu. I mean my god this wasn't properly tested and they want to insert it into millions of americans. I mean how fucked up is that?

The ONLY swine flu vaccine that they are reporting statistics on is the
Influenza A (2009) H1N1 Monovalent Vaccine
Updated March 26, 2010:
10,772 reports 770 "Serious Health Events" -- defined as, "life-threatening or resulting in death, major disability, abnormal conditions at birth, hospitalization, or extension of hospitalization". Out of that 770, 52 US deaths -- all "under investigation"

ok heres the thing. anytime any corporation needs to make alot of money what do you. You announce epidemics when in reality there isnt one. Thats how the government does it thats how all companies do it. Do not trust them its always going to be about the Benjamins. I aint been sick in three years and my friends got the shot and most of them are still getting sick. What really should be the eye opener is its free!

Folks I just got a phone call from my father today and my niece went in and out of seizures for 2 hours after having the swine flu jab
She is 2 years old!
I warned them not to let them give it to her but they did.
They now regret it and will not be giving it to my nephew now who is 6 months old.
DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN HAVE THIS IT HAS MERCURY IN IT!

I got the shot 2 days ago. I'm now incredibly ill and cannot walk on my right foot. They hav'nt tested it properly. Read up on Squaline, one of the major ingredients in the vaccine.

The vaccine is fine. The nurse provides you with a small check list of people who should not take the vaccine, If you don't fall under the list, take the vaccine. I did and I'm fine.

Calm down. Look, if you ever had a child, then that child had to have mandatory vaccination for things like smallpox and polio, right? So why all the fuss over getting the Swine Flu vaccine? What's more, the Swine Flu vaccine was never mandatory for the general public. Maybe some private companies had their workers take the vaccine, but that was an intra-company decision. The govt never put out mandatory vaccinations for the general public.

And no, I don't think the govt really cares about me because I'm not uber rich, but through collective action people can hold the govt accountable when there is corruption or incompetence. But they have to be savvy enough to know where they can properly influence the govt. Creating crazy Swine Flu vaccine conspiracies helps nobody. It only ramps up the anger and paranoia floating around.

yes I am more likely to catch it but I won't die. there is a very low death rate, it's just a little bit higher than any other flu. it's only those with other illnesses like asthma or a very bad immune defence who are more likely to die. also, if everyone else takes the vaccine I won't have to since the flu isn't spreading.

There is a low death rate, but very unpredictable. You are wrong about your second sentence, most of the death have been young adults with no preexisting conditions. Look it up. And just because the media doesn't report on it every 2 seconds now doesnt mean its not spreading.

No, you are wrong about the people who die. Seeing as my father is a pediatrician who administers it, it's not like the regular flu in that most of the people who die are in the 18-29 range. Go look it up on the CDC website about the people who die.

Its not unpredictable. If you have a coronary infection or sepsis or going through chemotherapy, they don't recommend the flu shot for the sake of stressing the immune system. If you have a strong immune system from the proper nutritional tools, you can get the flu and survive it just fine.

Well, you're correct in that you should not be immunized to anything if undergoing chemo or in a related situation. However, when you say that you can survive with a strong immune system, that is only in terms of the regular flu. Most of those who have died from the swine flu are young adults. Go look it up. Let's get to the point. The CDC stopped mandatory cultures to create accuracy. The bottom line is this, with all of those people dying of regular flu, which dwarfs swine flu in comparison, why did our tax dollars fund more swine flu stocks that no one is using for governments all over the world, when regular flu is far, far worse in comparison?

No, you don't die from a flu unless your immune system is compromised. More people die from the regular flu than from the swine flu every year. but, they are usually the diseased, the elderly or children who have failure to thrive.

Example: Talk about a guy who smokes, gets the vaccine, and gets lung cancer years later because he happens to be a unlucky dude who gets the cancer from smoking. Then the media notices that he has got the vaccine and spreads fear for sales.

I had it. There was a clinic at my school. Nobody so much as felt ill. And here I am a month and a half later. It was surprisingly painless. I guess I just got a really good nurse. Oh well. I think the problems are slightly due to people not looking up the ingredients. It says all the stuff, like if you're allergic to eggs not to have it, and I guess some people ignored it. It's such a small dose! It's like fish. I've eaten quite a bit of fish in my life, certainly more than in one vaccine.

I got the H1N1 shot on Dec 14 and a seasonal flu shot in Nov. When I was in the army I got the smallpox vaccine. I'm still fine.

2-3 mos ago, i got the flu vaccine. i didnt wan it we'd had swine flu in our school and I hadn't contracted it, and was pretty sure that if I had, it'd suck for a few days. However, I ended up getting the shot. I haven't suffered any abnormal symptoms, but I'm still pretty sure I just got set for an early death sentence. Are my worries unfounded or do I have genuine reasons to be concerned?

If you got the shot you got the mercury, aluminum, squalene and 3 viruses. They will cause you damage down the road. Its not about "feeling fine" after a few days, its the long term damage you will get from it. People wake up- don't believe what a drug co tells you out of fear, the flu is not deadly -the vaccine is...it makes you get an auto-immune disease. No vaccine has ever been tested for cancer, they all cause cancer. Wait and see what happens in a year or two.
