@Kiaraofthewind In this video I said it myself, but in Silent Hill 2, in all the endings, Mary has a letter that is read, at which point she says "James, you made me happy." She wrote it before she died.

I think it could have been a bit more of a hushed tone to it which would have made it much creepier, which (despite what most people think) takes more air, but otherwise it's gorgeous. And don't let any losers tell you it isn't!

Anywho, I've played SH since the very first one and the music on all of them is so amazing. To hear one of them put to such fitting lyrics and a nice voice is a wonderful tribute to the series indeed.

I am a huge fan of Silent Hill 2, I consider it the best in the series as far as the story is concerned. I love Katethegreat19's rendition of the music box theme, but I love your lyrics and the combination of your voice with Kate's background singing. The video's cool and all but for the most part when I load up this video, I tend to plug in some headphone, close my eyes, and go "to that special place..." All I can say is wow!

My version wasn't inspired by Kate's, really, though, but I adore her version so that's why I used it as the backing track. I'd originally written verse one for a fanfiction I'm working on for my best friend, and when Kate's cover came out, I thought I should probably finish it and sing the rest. :D Her version pushed me along.
