  • Love this I'm hooked, lock & sinker!

  • Nagyon szerettem, de nem erttem... ;^^ (Pardon my poor Hungarian-- I'm still learning.) This was really, *really* good, but there are so many more things I would like to know! Was it really him who killed them? And why was he so afraid to go outside? Anyway, that aside (or perhaps because of that), this was a really great film!

  • 10 stars fuck the haters...

  • Kontroll is one of my favorite films ever... Thanks for the upload! :o)

  • ZERO dislikes !

  • I loved his film, thanks so much for uploading. I love how The Pusher is never explicitly explained, but there's certainly a lot of cool hints that he represents Bulcsu's evil side: Doppelgangers are always displayed like shadows, shrouded in darkness, just like the clothes The Pusher wears. We never see The Pusher's face nor hear him talk. The Pusher keeps magically disappearing, hinting that he does not physically exist...

  • @GlitcHead ...In Bulcsu's dream he crawls through this deep, hidden creepy passage and sees The Pusher, hinting that The Pusher represents his innermost, repressed psychosis. The Pusher killing passengers is Bulscu acting out his repressions. In the end, Bulcscu quits his job, wants a new life, and has to fight his inner demon. Bulscu emerges victorious and ascends with his new love towards a new life.

And what makes the movie so cool is that I could be wrong about everything, it's open.

  • @GlitcHead ...And I'm really glad it wasn't executed as a twist ending like Psycho because that has been done to death. Ok I'll try to shut up now :)

  • @GlitcHead I am glad you liked this movie :)

  • @tynde yeah man, thanks again! would you agree or disagree with my analysis of The Pusher character?

  • @GlitcHead I have been thinking a lot about this and I would agree :) And proves it for example the first few seconds of the "Kontroll (10/11)" you see that Bulcsú wants to die but doesn't want to kill himself so he just waits for the Pusher to push him to the rail. But the Pusher doesn't appears, and if you think that the Pusher is an inner daemon of Bulcsú, it's obvious that the Pusher couldn't appear that time. So yes, I would agree. :) But we still could be wrong ;):D:D I love this movie :))

  • @tynde whoa, that is a cool observation. I concur. I would also add that if The Pusher is a doppelganger, it creates multiple meanings for the film to be called Kontroll. Not only does it refer to the ticket inspectors but also how one must kontroll/control their inner demons/dark sides.

  • Na most akkor a Bulcsú tényleg megpatkolt a végén vagy mi?

Mondjuk a 2001: Űrodüsszeia ennél jóval kiborított XD

  • Great movie.Love the vibe.

  • Wow, amazing film! I used to live in Budapest, and the atmosphere of this film is such a perfect use for line 3

  • Tudtam hogy a Szabo Gyozo a lokdosodo!!!! az állábol megállapitottam, amikor kicsit kilátszott a csuklya alol :D

  • great movie..what's the song at the end of the film?...during the film credits

  • @EuTm01 Neo - Kontroll :)

  • A valaha készült egyik legjobb Magyar film!!!

A Bulcsú!

  • hehe..:D

    LEnnék a Balla Eszter helyében..:D

    Kedvenc film(L)

    Sanyi(L)(L)(L)

Szerintem!!

  • @gabo7519 nem.

  • @666friends de.

  • ez történetileg,leginkább a pókember 3-hoz hasonlít.Ahogy itt,a főszereplő,ott is a saját rossz oldalával küzd meg a film során,mint ahogy itt is...Az a feketeruhás alak,ugyanis nemmás,mint az ő rossz oldala...

  • végüls is jó lett, de a végét egész máshogy csináltam volna.

The best! :)

  • great movie :)

  • Kool ending - ! ! He escaped through love from hell . . . loved it from Australia even from here ! Good hungarian movie

  • My favorite film!! The ending is so wonderful....I love it :-)

  • cool movie :) and nice insight into one of those jobs, that most of us won't have the balls to do. Anyway, I'm not buying the ticket :o)

  • @OllerMaller haha ok =P

  • @OllerMaller Ha jól tudom maga Bulcsú a gyilkos, mert skizofrén.

  • @kupakboogie Ja szerintem is. Így utólag visszagondolva...

  • @OllerMaller Szabó Győző :P:D

  • @OllerMaller Igazából én se tudom... :)

  • koszi for uploading!!!!!!!!!nagyon jo!!!!!!

  • It's a beautiful film, one of my favourites. when it comes to the last scene I've always thought that Bulcsu can't deal with some problems that's why he decided to become a ticket inspector. And in the end it turns out that love helps him and he's ready to face the problems. It could be fighting with depression, but I might be wrong. thanks for posting it, now I can watch it whenever I like;) As for Polanski although I'm Polish I think he should be in jail. Being an artist is not an excuse.

  • I'm glad you like it :)

  • Greeting all my eastern European friends !! Finally thanks to the posts here on youtube I get to see some wonderful films from your part of the world !!!.....This film for me leaves more questions unanswered than explained. Guess we all have our own endings.. Roman Polanski can be proud that great filmmaking has become a tradition in the area... my all time favorite Czech film is 'the creamator'.....Also, the music in the film was great...Frank Dziedziak..Florida USA

  • @fjdmusicman Hi Frank, I'm really happy you like this movie :)

As for Polanski... he should be in jail. :S Nobody is above laws, whosoever he is :S

  • It's a really beautiful film. I don't really know If Bulcsú died.. I don't wanna know, it's wonderful as it is. I really like this story. Thanks for uploading it buddy.

    Greetings from México.

  • @Moonalongmyhead

    He didn't die!

  • Én is imádom a hangulatát. :)

    Köszi a kommentet. :)

  • last part is the dream?

  • I don't know if the last part is a dream. It's up to you how do you translate it to yourself.

You can think that Bulcsú died, and the girl escorted him into Heaven as an Angel. It's possible that the hustler wanted to kill Bulcsú as well but Bulcsú defeated him and after this his life got well. But you can read it as the hustler was Bulcsú himself, and he had to beat his evil side. (That's my opinion too) :)

  • I mean sleep. and not a dream. sorry but I come from Polish and my english is poor xD but thanks ^ ^

  • No problem... my english isn't perfect too but we still can understand each other and I think that's the only important thing. :) I'm from Hungary. ;) :)

  • @tynde you are damn right! the killer his Bulcsu. and the girl is like a god/angel. until this scene she dresses like a bear. and finally like an angel. beautifully said. also the girl never takes a ticket (which is shown in the movie as she belongs to the family of railway worker) which means she is a god or an angel who doesnt need a ticket for anything. a metaphor. note the final scene, also the escalators goes upwards. (metaphor that Bulcsu died and he is going to heaven from hell).

  • @vivekmanutd that's only one way to interpret it... He died...OR he finally got the strenght to face himself first and the REAL world after.(and the beargirl helped her) Also the girl is not so obviuosly an angel. For me she is rather a pixie...(I mean her costume) :) but that's the beauty of a movie like this. You can interpret it many different ways

  • @lol007700

that's not a dream and Bulcsú are not died.Shadow is Bulcsú's evil one. When the subway killed Shadow, the Metro not stoped,so Shadow is not real.
