Yeah, and the Mormons think they are perfect and God's gift and they LOVE to judge everyone who's not a Mormon. They ought to take a long look in the mirror and reform themselves before they judge others. I am not a fan of any organized religion but I really have issues with the Mormons in particular. Even in the "mainstream" Mormon church there is polygamy and bigamy and it goes on with a "wink wink" and a "nudge nudge." Keep your wacko, chauvinistic, judgmental religion far, far away from me!

Nevertheless - as sweet and decent and considerate Mr. Richter is - one wonders how such a lovely character can fall prey to any sect. How could he agree with anything Jeff's and his gang forced on him and the group as a whole.

How, a non-religolous person like me wonders, can such a decent man (obviously many others of Richter's kind exists in this sect) can rationalize any of the ridiculous bullshit Jeff's asked from them?

@MindWalker123 : Mr. Richter was born into the FLDS, indoctrinated in it's creed and practices as a child, and eventually when he reached adulthood realized that 'something was not right' with the FLDS, questioned it, and was eventually excommunicated because of his diminished belief and questioning of FLDS authority. You have no cause to refer to Mr. Richer as 'this fucking idiot'....however, we now have a reason to refer to you as such.

TO EVERONE: Atheists (like me), Christians, Mormans, etc., watch all three parts. Despite the unnecessary interruptions due to traffic noise, this interview is a great study in sociology and psychology. I'm sure you'll come out agreeing that Arnold Richter is... well, nothing better to say than... a great human being. He is honest, forthcoming, genuine, reasonable, logical and as non-judgmental and understanding as human can be. I applaud his stance and his willingness to share his experiences.

Atheism is the religion of blind chance. Atheists worship a false god called "random coincidence". But let us see an atheist create life from nothing, then raise up that life to consciousness. Let us see an atheist fully describe the function of every gene and every neuron in the human body, and create a replica from scratch. When atheists can do this, then their arguments may have some validity. Until then, they stumble like the blind.

Look at China, and any other Communist / Socialist nation. They encourage atheism and slaughter those who encourage religion (of any kind).
