Rocky had to be fired, not because of his age but because at 21 he was still too immature (some 21-yr olds are more mature), he made a lot of mistakes, he regretted following Maj for the theme, he panicked, he failed to bring Philip in the boardroom on the gound that he was a fellow Northerner and he took back James and Howard without explaining why, I have no idea what Howard did wrong. But I think the main reason he was fired was that he made a loss
