    Recently, the lower back parts (I don't know what the name is) of my leg started to hurt, and its been like that for 2 days now.

    Can you make a video on stretching?

  • @videoofmike If you are talking about the muscle just above the ankle and Achilles tendon then I know what you're talking about.. I am in wrestling for my school, when i first started earlier this year we had to jog and run in intervals and that muscle started hurting, i believe it was because i had never did such intense workout. It was hurting for a good month or so.
