Nice vid man. One thing caught my eye tho, and that's your upper body. You swing your arms way too much, try to keep them squared more, that will help your already great positioning a little and makes your movements a lot more accurate, faster and easier to execute.

Oh, and get a new shooter to replace the old man! You deserve it. ;)
