I'm so glad my Grandfather (guitar teacher) started me out on Beatles songs. This is among one of Granddad's favorites too! I remember learning to play it early on. John Lennon wrote some amazing songs, I mean, he wasn't just joking around. He was very serious and wow! A true artist. I was only a year old when he was taken from us. Thanks Granddad. Thanks John. And thank you very much Larry for your tribute to John Lennon.

This is easily one of your best videos. This song doesn't get the radio play that some other Beatles songs do, but it is one of the simple and enduring favorites that shows why they became the greatest band. Nice to see you back outside on the deck too.
