I Agree with you, TheRealAix. I wouldn't have gone outside if the cops had told me not to.

The cops were on the scene right after he shot them, so they would probably would have been apprehended.

It's hard to actually call Horn a murderer, though. I think he was a victim of the moment and threw all logic out of the window. I wouldn't be parading myself around on TV as some hero, but he did save us all some trouble.
