I work with a guy who has an income less than 20k who smokes. He never thought that he'd get nailed with a tax like that since smoking is one of the very few pleasures for himself that he can afford. Nice wasn't that? Tax the poor directly or indirectly but smile at them and say you are for them while you make over 2 million a year as if he ever knew what want or need ever was in his life.
