People there are serious violations of your Constitutional rights going on out there, people are putting their lives on the line to get REAL video of police misconduct. This looks more like YOU are harassing the cop, so you can make a video. Cops get to talk to people, if you don't want to talk to them, just say so. Unless you are suspected of a crime you should be okay.

You still don't have to talk to him, and except for your name and where you live (depending on the state you live in) I would suggest that you never talk to anyone in law enforcement without an attorney advising you.
