@Meatlooaf thats a praise break. Its origins are debated. but it has cultural and biblical roots. Biblically David calls on us to praise God in song, dance, music, whatever way we can basically. Culturally, blacks dance. Its something that stuck with us from back in Africa.There were dance for almost any occasion. So its easy for us to see why we praise God is dance.
