This is another winner by Gene. As always, he sounds fabulous. An old porch swing is part of my happy memories - courted my first love sitting in ours years ago. What an awesome voice Gene Watson has that can reach the level needed to make this song come alive.Each word can be heard, not like the singers today that call themselves country.Their music drowns the words they repeat too many times. They are just not the real country music I grew up listening to.Thanks again for finding this beautiful song.
