Just use a video codec. If you type get music from youtube you can choose any program. It will create a MP3 for you.

The quality of the sound (music) here on YouTube is not too great. I don't know the exact numbers (kbps), but even in HQ it sound worse that 96kbps MP3. --- So I'd recommend You (hclovessb) to Google e.g. for the following keywords: "rivera back zero fonzerelli rapidshare"

the most common programs let you choose how many kbps the mp3 is to be saved as.

192 is fine

But if he/she gets the music from YouTube (e.g. by recording it to WAV), and then converts it to e.g. 192kbps MP3, then the quality won't improve. The information is lost when YouTube compressess/converts the uploaded video/music. You should download an "original" MP3 from somewhere, and then there is no need 4 bitrate conversion...
