What's happening now is remarkably similar to the first two years of Clinton's first term. Nothing makes people respect a Democratic president like a Republican congress. @Apsu88 Anyway, not that it matters, but I question your assumption about the relative severity of the offenses. As I understand it, Rangel is accused of failing to report income. O'Donnell is accused of stealing money, THEN failing to report it as income. That sounds worse.

Your initial statement isn't coherent enough to be comprehensible. You seem to harbor a notion that the role of a watchdog group like CREW is to lobby the courts to assign an appropriate punishment, or something like that. CREW's role is to clean up government. Resignation is what will get Rangel out of government.

What we're talking about is whether or not the US Attorney General in Delaware should launch a criminal investigation against Christine O'Donnell. If I'm mistaken about that, please forgive me, but since that's what the video is about, the error is understandable.

You seem to be using a series of ad hominem arguments to suggest that there shouldn't be an investigation. Now, either that's a crappy argument against an investigation, or you're talking about stuff that's off the point.
