@334pretty You may need to see a doctor and tell them about your desire to gain weight. If you're eating, eating, eating and not gaining any weight then you need to eat EVEN MORE. I had the same problem. I could never eat enough to gain weight. So I went to see a doctor who prescribed me an appetite stimulant which in turn helped me eat more and gain weight. Some people just can't gain weight to save their lives and I was one of those people. That's my best advice to you.
As long as it isn't strength training, if Brazil has taught us anything it's that huge firm muscular butts aren't worth the cost of developing huge clitorii.

Hello. I'm currently doing home workout. So these videos are really help. The exercises work.
From what I experienced, these make your thighs a little bit stronger and more shaped. But they don't grow bigger.
And you don't lose much fat either. You have to do cardio to make that happen. Hope that helped. Buffie probably will explain it better though. :-)
