I'm sorry, but is this seriously the best you can do (in terms of the map; you're at least good at scripting)? The movement permissions are messed up, not to mention the fact that the tiles you put in don't look like they're there, and don't seem realistic. I do have to commend you for knowing how to script that Lugia.

It's a ROM hack. I hacked it in Advance map and use warps to get to the places. there is no code.
