The first picture in the video shows from left to right:

Screw driver, Sony xplode 222 amp, standard cables to connect amp to speaker, cord with earphone jack on one end and audio L and R on the other end, the power supply socket(ones found in computers which go into the hard drive cd roms etc), and then an actual Power supply.

Its pretty simple stuff thanks for sharing.

A computer power supply wont have enough amperage for a high power amp.

And bigger amps may end up costing you more than a simple stereo receiver which has the correct inputs anyway.

Its a nice experiment anyway though.

that is a total waste. ipod speakers would be cheaper and even if you didnt' want to buy that almost all amps have a input that only requires for you to get a double sided headphone cord plug it into your ipod then plug the other end into the jack then plug the jacked end into the amp.
