@sirloin869 The music on this one is "Remember the Name" by Fort Minor. The Sled music is "2nd Sucks" by A Day to Remember. The rings I just ordered off Amazon for cheap, though I'd recommend getting a better quality pair. The rope I bought off knotandrope(dot)com. It's a 30ft 1.5 inch diameter manila rope. The rest of the stuff is already at the gym
