Yes I added Salt to mine after I had it on my plate, my husband does not like any seasonings on his meat or in it for that matter, he likes to taste the beef, otherwise I would have seasoned it really good with onion powder, garlic powder and all that good stuff...your dogs barked too, how cute!
Looks good to me! You could stuff it with so many things ... like blue cheese, carmelized onions, spinach.. etc...great idea. I would season the meat tho with some S&P and garlic... cuz I put that on everything... LOL
