i secretly snached some old buttons from my grandma
now i have to try doing the same to my other gransma's buttons:D
no i'll just ask nicely this time but i absolutely am in love with buttons and even if i don't have a use for them they are so pretty i just can't resist:D
awesome video btw i love how that turned out the one at the beggining of the video was amazing as well:)
OMG this gave me so much inspiration! in school we are supposed to design clothes for a Russian childrens store some clothes, and I wanted to make something traditional and in one wa a bit old looking, and this capeet inspired me so much! just making something like that in the whole conpet idea, adding it would so look amazing! I love it how you just didint end it there with the red cape, but added some black lase to it aswell! looks so cozy and fashionable ^^
I love how she can take something as ordinary as a cardigan and turn it into something stunning and other worldly with such a simple process. These videos, they are so inspiring!
Thankyou for the comments! To the lady with the bread tin... I collect vintage tins for all my sewing bits.. theres a whole collection of those.... I have sugar and rice too, I just find them at thrift stores.
@howaboutstefanie It's great, right? I hired Adrian Prohaska to compose these pieces for this video. I'm happy to put you in touch with him, if you'd like!
@lcooke I am also interested to know. How many teams do they have who do these specials? It seems like just one. Probably somebody has to give them a suggestion, and then the head of the team decides to do a mini-documentary for it... So even with tons of suggestions, it might take them a while to choose.
@bauisakim@lcooke as you can find out from the link above, we worked with guest producer, bonnie hawthorne for this episode.
We are typically a team of two video producers who are each responsible for shooting, editing and producing our videos. There is no one way in which we select folks to feature, sometimes they are recommended to us, sometimes we find their shops browsing Etsy, sometimes they are rock stars or articles have been written about them. We just like sharing handmade stories.
