i hear her say something about how long its taking, like 30 minutes or something. well how long do you think it takes for us to cut the top off of a car and extricate someone from a mangled vehicle.it doesn't happen by itself, and its not easy by any means. so instead of complaining about how long it takes, why don't you step back and take a look at the amount of work and man power that goes into something like that. be thankful we are there doing our best. we're sorry its not up to ur standards
