my surgon has been awful.. dr jeffery kappa in kingsport tn. he tells me its not my pain and bloating and digestive issues caused by the surgery? its my reaction to them and that i need to see a shrink. i have taken tramadol low dose for dental work and it helped me but he wont prescribe anything for me. .. he says that if he has to redo it he wil cut me wide open...and this surgery is not reversable after it has grown together... so my life is filled with pain daily..

im glad you had a good result, me however this surgery has ruined my life, my stomach dumps now so i digest my food in my lower intestine, i am in the bathroom about six to eight times a day never really fully relieving my self, my lower bowel cannot keep up with the fast digiestive system created by this surgery... the pain, and the bowel distention, (i look pregnant ) prevents me from having sex most of the time, its too distracting to heave my bloated painful swollen belly around..

I have read that this is often done on babies. Good to know you have both had a good result.
