I see news reports of the "poor Haitians" living in tents - they lived in worse before the earthquakes - the tents must be a step up for some of them.

These folks cook with and drink water from the gutters running in the streets - and they wonder why they have Cholera spreading among them.

I used to feel sorry for the Haitian population - but I am pretty sick and tired of helping people who refuse to help themselves.

well clearly this is not the first time haiti has had a problem and it is going to take longer simply because haiti is already a country that has alot of violence people want to help but how can they if they are in fear of their lives and maybe their government shouldve been a little more prepared for this after the flooding?
