hey I bought a Dell notebook that has a webcam in it and I changed the windows, then installed the program again, but I lost some functions like being able to record what I'm doing on the computer, someone knows me explain what I have to do to fix?

hey by any chance would you know how to make the size of the video smaller cuz if i take a one minute vid, the size of the file almost becomes a gigabyte...what should i do to make the size of the smaller but have a lengthy vid. (quality of video does not matter)

Hey, if your thinkin about changing the video size with Dell's Webcam, it's very easy. First of all you go to Dell Webcam Center. At the buttom you'll see three different settings; Photo, Self timer and Burst rate. Click at Photo and choose the size of your video :)

heyy i have the same problem, i want to make my video at least 8 minutes long but the size of the video is too mbig so i need 2 resize it. you replyed to somebody else saying to click 'photo' by the self timer, photo, and burst rate options but the problem is, i cant even find those settings. i hav the dell webcam center but idk, like do i hav a diff version. i rlly wanna get my videos uploaded.help me!!(: thankks

Hi... If you have the same problem as i did, i'm guessing you've been using a second monitor (screen) lately. The problem was that i, while using my second monitor, moved the consol over to the other screen. So when I didn't use the other screen, I couldn't open the concole again.

All you have to do to fix it, is to hook up your second monitor again. Then you reopen the console, and you'll find it on the other monitor

I was having the same problem. This happened after I used an extended monitor. I just hook up my monitor again and under the display setting i moved the second monitor to the side where the cursor moved when I tried the move option like you did. Then I reopened the webcam console and there it was, on the monitor.
