(depends on who u are) then press p and you can just fly to the end of the level... :P although it's lame and you shouldn't it's fun to local host and just kill/fly/spawn random stuff xD

that doesnt really work, coz if you put sv_cheats 0 at the end of the bind that also holds sv_cheats 1 and noclip 1 then thats gonna deactivate everything right after it has started.

i already beaten expert in all campaigns. I would say the hardest would be Death toll and Dead air. I played with AI (bots) except Blood Harvest that i played with friends. Note:in the finale of blood harvest when tank comes, go to the railing of the barn, he falls down everytime he gets you. none of my teamates got hurt using this technique.

In all honestly, I don't much care about the PC vs console war. I've been playing consoles from the NES to this generation. I don't like FPS games on consoles because I dislike the joystick system of aiming as opposed to a mouse, it's personal preference. There isn't much reason to argue over this. Some people will cheat, it's not my problem. I have 53 achievements of 58 on L4D PC, earned every single one. Not all of us are cheaters. I mean no disrespect for your preference of consoles.

Because there's no gamerscore. Achievements on the PC are simply for e-peen, they contribute in no way to your game. There's no way to keep track of your total achievements completed, PLUS, barely no games actually HAVE achievements on the computer.
