ok mate, now listen what i did a few days ago after my ipod touch 2g got wet under the rain. i left it covered in rice for a day(No jokes, rice absorbs all the water around it) and then pluged the ipod usb cable to charge and it started working (but with empty battery). the only mistake i did was that i opened the lid first even before i realised i have to charge it, so my touch screen is not working anymore, the crack appeared on the screen. So don't even try opening it!!!!!!!!
