Someone tried the strategy on me the other day online. He put his barracks right next to my base and everything; it didn't work. I got scared so I just started spamming Strelets. He couldn't keep up with the mass of Strelets, so I killed his on,y barracks next to my town and sent the rest up to his base. He lost. So I'm just saying this is a good strategy if your only facing a noob. : p

Pure Janissary rushes only ever work against noobs though, or computer. And I'm curious why you put your jan's in melee mode. Solid video though.

@raxkar Nah, I meant against strelets. You put all into melee at around 6 min. It's much better to switch 1/3 into melee, then with the rest, walk forward, attack move, then walk forward again. With all in melee, the ones in the back don't do anything, they are just walking and are basically useless.

@04lewzale well macro games is basically focusing on ur economy and keeping it up while regulating number of troops/villagers for maximum efficiency while micro games are more based on troop control and controlling ur set number of troops to maximum efficiency. A mainly macro BASED game is age of empires 3(although u do micro a bit to keep tanks protected/killin enemy cannons etc) but a game more based on micro is warcraft 3

@tuzson98 I think the market would have been a good choice for a human player, but he was only facing a computer, and no matter how hard the difficulty is, there is no creative thought involved in an AI's processes. Besides, he wasn't planning on a prolonged game because the computer is incapable of having any tricks up its sleeve. Thus, another house would prove a wiser choice for a very short-term game, like this one.

One of the best things to do in this game is create lots of Falconets. 15. Yes thats alot of Your population but with Muskateers guarding and on the front lines, Falonets can take out anything with a big group and do alot of damage to big groups of Calvary without Wasting your Time or other Units. Plus with just 5 they can take out an Outpost, Fully upgraded, within all 5 shots and maybe 2 more. Very Quick and Effective. Good way of guarding town and raiding and Battling against Enemys[:

Im not an expert or anything im just a captain on ESO (lvl 26) but your houses should be spread out throughout the map around your tc for better Line of sight and its better to send 2 vills to FB to build a faster brx also instead of 3 houses you should of invested in a TP for faster shipments if the russian player was any good he would of had 23 strels by 5:45 which would of made it hard to advance with pure jans..an early shipment of horses against russians would bev a good idea..a tp helps

Computers glitch on water maps. For some reason they blow massively, an expert turns into a normal and 3 houses, placed like that is WTF makes no sense... and no good otto rusher would ever do that. 1 villager is too slow and can be killed/harrassed by an explorer whereas 2 not so much. why melee.... u outnumber them 20:5.

you know you can shift click and command a unit to do something. that way they will finish what they are doing first, then do that task. like you can have a settler build a house and shfit click to the gold and they will immediately go to gold after they finish. i noticed you clicking around a lot unecessarily

it depends. if it says NR 60 HM NB NT 45

that means :

no rush, or attacking any other players for 60 minutes.

HM= Half map.

NB= No blockade, it's in your capitol in the 5th age that blocks the enemies town center from sending cards. it costs a lot of gold.

NT= no towers; along with a selected time.

it it just says "3v3"

it means no rules. sometimes people will rush with races like: ottoman/russian. and others 1 will rush/defend while 2 eco up HARD and they are very good late game.
