Nobody has the right to judge people who fast less then them. The point of fasting is to get closer to God, regardless how often you do it, just do it.

Yes, as a Christian I do fast from time to time, but Jesus did not give us any specifics on long or how frequent. That is up to the individual and his Holy Spirit. There are people who fast more then me, people who fast less then me. The person who fast more then the other is not any more spiritual then the person who is fasting less then him. Nobody has the right to judge people who fast less then them. The point of fasting is to get closer to God, regardless how often you do it, just do it.
