hey man tell me exercise about lower chest specially around nipple area.. lower chest cut to sculpt it ,,, i go to gym but my gym trainers just sit in the corner and eat cup cakes, while ppl ask eachother how to use machines,. now i know all other exercises but really dont know how to really fix my chest.
