stupid . this is c5 z06 5.7L not 7.0L .. its the old z06 .. and look at the wheel spins in the corvette .. the driver needs some lessons to how to drive a Z06 !! and i was having a e46 m3 with 343hp .. but the z06 will beat me easy ....
i believe you on the Z06 0-60 time of 4.0 seconds, but an M3 can do it in 4.5 not your claimed 5.2 seconds. i don't know where you got your info but you need to find a new source

Yea, all the specs are off for some reason for the M3's. I heard that BMW gives the higher 0-60 specs due to them being sued for the driver claiming his car did not hit what was being claimed by BMW. From M3 to M3 I've driven/owened it all depends on maintenance, tires, conditions, and of course driver. Although, no doubt the Z06 in the video was sloppy. I do believe my M3 e46 convertible even demonstrates a 4.8-4.9 not the 5.4 BMW claims for the convertible.
the csl is faster than 911 turbo or twin turbo 996, 997 is its turbo is faster than csl but 997 non turbo porsches dont have a chance against a csl. the e92 M3 I think is able to beat a 997 turbo
C5Z has a better power to weight than the M3 even the CSL which only 360hp and only 260 tq typic of a topend bias motor. Still both cars are tight and E46 M3 are my fav M3 e
Wow...dude bone stock C5 Z06 are proven to hit high 11s across the U.S. Do the math how is the m3 which weighs more than the C5 Z06 much worse a C6 Z06 by a good 200lbs and puts down way less power gonna beat a Z06 do the math. All motor m3s only put down low 300s with mods. Head and cam LS6s are proven to put down 500rwhp cant do the same for the M3 unless you boost and build up the engine and no stock and stock the M will get waxed easily.

fastest CSL i heard was a 11.8, quite impressive. CSLs are faster than people think, as the car is significantly (VERY much so) lighter and the engine is tuned a lot better, for better response and power throughout RPM range. 911 is good, but slightly overrated (i do love them though, they are excellent cars). a CSL can beat a 911, but im not sure about a modena.
depends which 911 your talking about. 997? No. 996? Yes, it is very possible, it would be close though. Oh well, both great cars, but its funny how we are talking about a CSL vs. 911 Turbo when the video is an E46 M3 vs. the C5 ZO6. that happens a lot on youtube, right?

The CSL cannot beat a Porsche 911 in a straightline race. The 911 is a high 11 second car when driven properly. The CSL is mid to high 12s.
