It is possible that rather than DNA reflecting light/frequencies, perhaps they process and transform them like prisms. Every element has it's own unique frequency and as well as its other properties, some conduct heat, light, sound, electricity etc. more efficiently than others. Each particle in the DNA molecule will either absorb or conduct different types and ranges of frequencies. Consider how much sound frequencies are muffled and distorted to our ears when we're under water... Peace!
@nli8tnd1 The lecturer is right, but to me it seems logical this processing & transforming of frequencies concept is also occurring simultaneously. Some kinds of radiation can cause transmutations to the element molecules. If humans can invent new elements like plutonium under lab conditions, & the universe is a perpetually dynamic environment, who knows what elements exit in different times & places? Do meteors transmute & conform to our table of elements chart as they enter our atmosphere?
