1. Underage drinking is good 2. They can do as much as they want (raise the legal age, close bars, educate) we will always be able to get alchohol in sumway.

if they truley wanted people to not drink untill there 21 they'll make the legal drinking age 30.

Must admit i loved the pubs in ohio when i was there last year, and they want me to come back!!
