Absolutely wonderful.
I have tried to articulate these experiences to others since I was a teenager. And even as someone that is considered by many to be quite articulate, I always failed at conveying the profoundness of them.
It was nice to see so many intellectually gifted people sharing similar thought processes. There is certainly more to this life than what our current culture can explain. We have lost a vital part of the whole experience of being human.

The music over the speech causes distortion from clipping. Further, at points the music almost completely masks the person being interviewed.
Other than that, great video. Had to EQ out the music frequencies, but there was nothing I could do about the clipping... (this is with &fmt=45 quality setting a high quality playback gear).

Also to tune to the universal resonance of 417, calibrate your tuners to A442hz, which gives us an Ab of 417.192, again close enough for rock and roll! @mindmartian I think that it doesnt matter if its psy-trance or guitars or drums. A good example of rock music that can bring you in ecstacy is the doors. Not only was many of the songs based on pschycadelic experiences Jim Morrison had but it also has rythmic propertys that brings you in a trance themselves. Check youtube for when the musics over , the end , etc etc and you will know what i mean.

@mindmartian i don't think that the question is what instruments are actually being used, but rather the presentation and the level of audience participation. the appeal of the rave culture, i believe, is in a large part, due to the lack of a central figure who receives the audience's complete attention. as much as any dj would like to think they are, there is no 'rock star' in this setting. that's something that most guitarists and performers can't wrap their heads around either....

@mindmartian guitars and organic sounds are used in this manner quite often, but the most popular medium for doing this is through minimal stage presence (DJ's). this forces the audience to simply listen and respond with their bodies. they're still hearing all those sounds, but they don't have to pay attention to some attention whore on a stage

@linkjmf Try this: masturbate at least three times a day, every day, for two weeks. Then go two weeks without masturbating at all. Live the next four months or so of your life on this cycle. Keep track of your acne to see if it significantly changes in sync with your masturbation. My bet is it won't make a difference.

@Laxmijoy That's pretty much the same thing everybody says. We are enlightened, the others are ignorant. People say this regarding their favorite religion, political ideology, conspiracy theory, music genre, school of philosophical thought, etc. I think it's a way to feel superior to most people by declaring them ignorant, and does more to divide than unite us.

Too hard to hear the narration because it is constantly blasted by redundant background noise that really doesn't contribute to the information being presented. It's really a shame because the video was quite informative in spite of it being very, very difficult to hear. :(

@puddleoftalmudd -- TZM was NOT funded my the U.N. in any way... they merely endorse a private film festival that gave Zeitgeist Addendum an award. The U.N. had nothing to do with who wins awards... that's a peoples choice. TZM/TVP is only about "listening to nature" and applying science to our society in order to stay harmonious with our whole environment. No one in TZM will deny we do not have souls... and assuming so is somewhat shallow minded. Quantum Physics IS the science of the soul =)
