I use a Roland Td12 module, has the same sounds onboard as it's bigger brother. But with all due respect to Roland + the new kit expansions..(in my opinion) Nothing beats the sounds from Toontrack superior drummer 2.0 wich I'm using since a couple of weeks. It sounds more naturel... Greetings from Holland!

sum ppl need to understand if u wanna use these for live gigs u gonna need a serious PA rig just for the e-kit to get that proper kit sound.

through the head phones there fuckin awsome u can get excelnt tom/snare..and more..plus u can upload countless kit expansions from the net..DW..Noble&cooley..pearl masterworks etc..if u can afford it u will have a BLAST!

I have a TD-20, its great! however it does sound really really fake sometimes. The toms are the mos lacking as far as real sounding responsiveness. Its great for people that wanna record out of a studio in house and get ideas on "paper" so to speak.

Your drumming is amazing and educational at the same time! Lol. Who would've thought? I wish I could afford a top-of-the-line kit like the Roland T-20. Hey, do you have any opinion of the TD-3 or the Yamaha DTXpress, DTXplorer? I'm trying to decide which one to buy. There isn't any hope for the TD-20 in this lifetime... :-)
