Body and Soul in Dflat. Freakishly big hands, with great flexibiltiy and a great ear all in one person. Music is a vast and complex discipline. We all have some weaknesses and some strengths. Previn may not be the jazz pianist of Peterson's caliber but no doubt he has writing skills that Peterson does not.

My highest regards to Previn. He is a VERY talented musician himself. But in this interview, he shows so much humility and has a wonderful appreciation towards Oscar. Previn is obviously a musician who hasn't gotten tangled up in his own ego.

Few people know that in the 50's Andre had the biggest selling jazz album with "My Fair Lady " ( SHELLY MANNE AND HIS FRIENDS). It was the top album for TWO YEARS !!!
