  • oooh youre hot!!!

  • Hi Kim, I wanted to ask you.. Sometimes after a good work out I feel tempted to take some tylenol or something like that (not all the time! of course) what do you think?

  • Hey TKD -

Do you feel the need to take a tylenol or aspirin because you're getting sore? Or is it because you are scared of getting sore? Is it because someone once taught you to pop the anti-inflammatory as part of your post-workout routine? Before I give you my thoughts, I'm curious to know what's the reason? :)

  • Oh, yeah.. I mean the day after a good work out, when you are hurting and start walking funny and stuff..

  • I think every now and then, taking a tylenol is okay. You don't wanna become dependent upon it, of course... but a little bit of a pain reliever for those absolutely painful days isn't horrible. Of course, on a more regular basis, proper nutrition and sufficient rest will be the best way to recover from a particularly brutal workout - and a bit of suffering through discomfort never hurt anyone ;) Thanks for the question!

  • Wow, excellent. Found this by chance and it was exactly what has been at the back of my mind to find for two weeks now.

  • That's great! I'm so glad I was able to read your mind! :)

  • great form
