I don't know why people scream when they get maced. I haven't found one person who have said that screaming helps to alleviate or eliminate the pain or neutralize the chemicals.

Think about this... they evacuate building when pepper spay is used....hummm, getting in a car with a person who has been covered in it let alone, having it sprayed in the car... they wouldn't make it 2 feet ... And the PD is a good 10 minutes away. Just another fairy tale from the 28 Washington St. That house is full of drugs, drunks and drama.... You should check the police logs.
IT does not sound right at all. who who would want to drive to the cop station with mace, pepper spray all over in side the car for no good reason? it burns and then it needs to cleaned up afterwards. i think some was playing RIDDLY diddly for a fool.

Another "first goal" of mine is to pass an exemption to the wiretapping law for government officials who are on duty. If you work for the public, you are to be fully subject to public scrutiny while on the job, including video and audio taping. Interference with anyone lawfully video or audiotaping of a public servant by a public servant will result in said public servant losing their job and forfeiting the opportunity to ever work in government again. Measures like this will prevent abuse.
I am a FSP member and Next 1000 pledge signer. One of my FIRST goals once I get there is to get a bill PASSED into law that carries automatic firing and JAIL TIME upon conviction, for ANY cop that abuses his power and uses violence on an unarmed and unresisting citizen. This should put a stop to any thugs who wanna be cops and make them think about a possible career change rather than going to jail for taking out their frustrations on smaller and unarmed citizens.

Willful and prolonged silence eventually turns into an admission - especially when you have multiple witnesses. Sounds like yet another case of police abuse of power.
