I dont think they said 'Asian' and 'Chinese' enough. (sarcasm intended)
How do they know 'most of them are Chinese'? 0 facts in the whole thing! (the bidding war was nonsense numbers, un referenced. The realtors don't keep track of the citizenship of buyers, The registry might but, certainly not ethnicity, and I dont see them referenced. Global sucks, That was a trash report with nothing but a bunch of stereotyping, anecdotes, and assumptions,
