AWESOME! Glad Spencineff won the round. I've seen him as an underdog character for awhile for having low endurance and requiring a bit more skill to pull his strengths together to make a win then some other characters.
At around 2:43, the Specineff player could've SLD'd to the left to have avoided getting tagged by the melee attack. Specineff has a mediocre air dash, I know, but at least he could've watari'd from there, try to gain a better angle for a shot or something.
Spencineff isn't an underdog character at all. In Japanese tiers, he's arguably broken, having good matchups vs all other VRs.

Spencineff is kind of an underdog character. However, his power is a force to be reckoned with. I like to see someone melee using Spencineff.
