Just a quick tip (not crit.):

If you shorten you stirrups it will be a whole lot easier and well put your leg in the right place (which your leg should be more towards the front of the saddle or in the middle than back)!

Yeah, yeah you did. :) Now I'm looking for a new saddle and blanket too. haha. Not that I've got the money-even though english saddles are uber cheep... at leas, compared to western saddles. Mine was an impulsive $50, breaking binding, old used saddle. haha.
