Nemo has difficulties beating Daigo all time, even though Nemo is the best Chun LI in Japan. Yet, Nemo can quite quickly without difficulty beat Mago s Sagat.

Right now my favorite match up is Seth. As a Zangielf player its pretty much a losing situation. However, I think its super fun. I like to torture myself.

Akuma is also fun just because I beat all of them. Only Akuma I have a rough time with is Robot_Cop on PSN. That guy is a monster, I cherish all my matches against him LOL. He blew me out 15-0 one night.

It looks like he does that so Chun-li doesn't walk backwards. While he's punching he's holding "back" to charge the Ultra.

The cross-up Tatsu trick has been around since Super Turbo.

It had moderate use in Japan for some time, and only really picked up in the West since folks saw its success at Evo and started incorporating it as a more mainstream tactic.

There was a lot of hype around Evo, (as always) It's not really that hot; advanced US players will get used to it again.

It hit someone like Nuki in this case because the way Daigo lined it up made it impossible to identify the correct direction to block.

1:10 - 1:20, It must take off a lot more for energy for a counter hit because Daigo took off 80% of Nemo's power with an uppercut and a Super Hadoken.

It's kind of like with Sagat. If he hits you with a counter-hit Tiger Uppercut and you only have 10% power left, you're just dead (even though 10% power is more than enough to make a comeback against other characters).

clearly, there weren't any blank jumps on daigo's part; he always attacked with something. but the thing is daigo DOESN'T know that his opponent won't wake up with ex spinning bird kick. it's just one of the risks you take when you jump in.

quick q, how does daigo jump in on nemo during wake up, knowing that he wont do the ex spinning bird kick, because cross ups are a big part of my game with ryu, and im super hesitant to jump in on a chun with a bar, cause i know ill get punished.

becuz if u fake ur cross (so jumpin over him, without doin anythin) and time it correctly, it may still look like a crossup, but ull be able 2 block the ex-spinning bird kick. It works somethin for me :)
