I used to live in Bristol, UK for 11 years from 1991 to 2002 and I do remember the days of the Sega Megadrive (Genesis) era and all the Sonic games including this one always brought me back loving memories and the music in all the Sonic games made for the Megadrive (Genesis) including this one were just an absolute classic.

From what is going around he didn't want to put his name on the credits because they kept changing his music and he didn't like it very much. but they do have photos of him at sega recording tracks to some of the songs :-)

my favorite Sonic game is Sonic Colors. I'm not saying anything bad about Sonic 3 i'm just saying its overrated and to me it wasn't that great of a Sonic game anyways so i don't see what the big deal is

Since they didn't finish both in time, they came up with this ending with the intention of doing the medley at the end of both games, but when they finally did, it only had the tracks from Sonic & Knuckles. It's kind of a rip off; I'd love to hear a medley ending of the Sonic 3 songs, but I love this one as well.
