  • did you build the pc or did you buy it and where did u get it if you bought it

  • My room is approx 21' deep by 14' wide and the Polks deliver plenty of power. In fact, I don't see the need to go with anything larger. The RTi A9's are big speakers capable of delivering amazing sound. I highly recommend.

  • That is a really nice setup. However I was curious, can the Polks distribute enough volume for such a big room? I do want to build a really nice theatre room with a perfect audio system, however I'm looking at a good punch from the speakers. I understand you did this on a budget, which I must say seems very neat! But do you have any suggestions on more powerful speakers that can provide a lout yet non distortionate output of volume? Or do Polks provide enough? ~Will

  • HD(TV) is 720p/1080i while Blu Ray is 1080p. When I mentioned HD, I was referring to television content, not the former HD-DVD format. Side by side, 1080p is clearly superior to 1080i/720p; not even in the same league.

  • blue ray isnt like better than HD its exactly the same its only a media storage no difference so dont get sucked in on buying so called "HD Blue ray" movies just buy standard high definition (:

  • @shuffle953 Wow, you certainly are misled. Blu Ray is far superior.

  • @lumbeeman01 umm no not really theres no real difference but im entitled to my opinion so yeah ive seen them side by side and i just think that you dont need to spend the extra for blu ray

  • @shuffle953 So you are saying that Blu ray discs are no better than 1080i or 720p? I could tell a huge difference when playing a movie in blu ray and watching the same movie at 1080i on tv.

  • @lumbeeman01 im not talking about watching TV im talking about playing movies and it also depends on which display you buy cause that can make a real difference you pay like 450 dollars for a blu ray player when you can buy a HD player for like 250 waste of money in my eyes

  • @lumbeeman01 you mean a DVD player that upconverts? I have both and display does make the difference. I had a Sony dvd plater that upconverted but when I got the Blu ray it was like night and day.

  • @shuffle953 you must be blind hahaah

  • @70short i really dont see the difference well i do but only a little bit i really dont care about blue ray

  • you played I Am Legend

  • what type of speakers are you running? Subs and all?

  • Cool Demo. Check out my setup.. Might also have to do a demo one of these days =)

  • Theater looks nice, but I would not stand those reflections from the walls. Remote is to complicated, most people like to press one button and enjoy.

  • really smart but for me I would move the chairs a lot more closer to the screen. so you can see all that detail. and put more distance to the rear speakers. which insistently should be lower to head seating height. all speakers should be head height I think. apart from subs but yes a fantastic job you done.

  • wow that must be expensive

  • great setup....one of the best ive seen on you tube.

  • This is so great!! Thanks for posting this demo.

  • exelent ,,exelent ,,you are the men

  • very nice..congrats

  • hello, nice theater what projector do you have?
