One thing you didn't notice:

At 3:32, you clearly see a soldier running through what seems to be an underground highway, but that isn't just a soldier.

If you take a closer look, you may notice his head looks kind of circular, and that is because rumor has it that the soldier running there, is Ghost from MW2.

Others might have noticed before since they first saw the trailer because of the shape of the soldier's head. If you compare it to Ghost, they look equal.
