  • ?que passa?

  • @glapika15 Esto es América ...

  • Too much recoil, dude.

  • i made one too

  • i bet he did not use after effects lol

  • That was good

  • nice.

  • colt 45 i think

  • nice!

watch my after effects videos too!

    watch?v=4K0Wftysdu4

  • Hey pretty nice man. The flash is just a bit small, but pretty good anyway. But could you check out my video called Atction Movie? It's our first using muzzle flash. And could you comment and tell me what you think? Thanks

  • recoil is too big. muzzle effects too small. watch and learn from freddie my friend

  • where did u get the smoke effect?

  • i have that gun

  • looks good and realistic

  • that was realistic

  • @Daerinx okay, lets do a test! You say you can beat someone with a gun, with your bare hands? Okay, stand 10 feet away from me, ill have a gun, and we'll see who wins! Sound like a deal?

  • sketch green screen

  • nice one

im w8ting for keygan for after effects cs5 ^^^^

  • teach me your ways!!!!!!!!!!

  • if you want to get some better muzzle flashes, make the muzzle flash a little bigger and make sure your gun goes in a wavy motion

  • That one right there is NOT a real firing 1911, I hope.. is it?

Because otherwise, that gun is dangerous and should not be fired before a thorough inspection and repair.

  • @TheHiddenPart

    Why is it dangerous?

  • @chitoryu12 Hammer follow. The hammer didn't keep its cocking position after the slide had been brought into battery.

The hammer falling by itself could hit the firing pin, wich in turn would cause that 1911 to burst fire. Not good.

  • @TheHiddenPart

Now that you mentioned it, I see what you mean. I think there are some PPK/S's that would do something similar (pulling the slide back to cock the gun would cause the hammer to snap forward and fire the gun).

  • no one needs this video!!!

    this is just for freaks!!!!!!!!!

  • @Jenii68 not really its good to know how some people do it for editing

  • How do you get the gun fire effect?

  • HAHAHAHHAHAH best comment thread ever! wow land of douche

  • that was real good, the only thing you left out was the hammer being back after wards

  • Why isnt the hammer cocked when you release the slidestop ?

  • wow coel gun :)

  • it looks really good, good job you're getting there

  • yyah I thought it was real!!

Thats how they probably do it in the movies then! SICK!

  • @linkeskasa2 get a life dipshit

  • @TasteForDisaster if i don't have a life then i'll be dead then shut up you nuzzle pussy!!

  • @linkeskasa2

    1.shut the fuck up

2.don't operate the keyboard while intoxicated

    3.your ever getting laid

    4.get your ass kicked

5.stick a dildo up your ass

  • sorry but shooting guns indoors is illegal and plus is it dangerous. you need to stop using guns because you can hurt children that way.

  • @JesusChristRulesYOU hey smart one, hes using after effects

  • @JesusChristRulesYOU It's effects not literally shooting a gun indoors. Lord

  • Cool but only the sound sucks

  • Damn...

  • how did you get so many views with this?

Looks nice, tho. Normally don't do this, but check out mine. Tell me which u think looks better.

  • @TheFXGuy Cause of the Creepy Grudge Girl In The Mirror video

  • look for warszawa samobójstwo

  • It feels manly to hold a gun, it make you feel awesome :D

  • @elel70 How does using a gun make you manly? If anything it makes you weak. Real men use their fists and don't rely on a weapon to do their battles.

  • @DaErinx yes because that totally makes scense. here robber, let me attack you with my fists while you try to stab me or hurt my family. here deer, lemme sneak up and kill you with my fist.

  • @TPepeProductions You obviously never heard of karate then.

  • @DaErinx I know karate my self but in a situation where my life is being threatened with a gun or knife, id feel much more comfortable with a gun than haveing to rely on my hands

  • @TPepeProductions The way I see it is that only a coward would use a gun or a knife. As long as I have a capable body. I'm fully prepared to handle anyone that tries to harm me with a gun or knife. It's sad that someone has to rely on a gun to feel safe or comfortable.

  • DaErinx i Agree wit 1st part. only a coward wuld use 1 (such as burglar, robber, gansters that shank there way out of a fight) but usin 1 back in defence does not make u 1. as 4 sayin its sad that u rely on 1. i dont, but id feel much mor comfrtble in a gun fight wit a gun. n if you think u can stnd up to 1 then ur stupid becuz the only way ur gona disarm them is if ther holdin it bout a ft from u. EX: if im 4 yards away n u move BOOM gameover. even upclose its a huge risk tryin to disarm some1

  • @DaErinx A coward uses a gun? Go stand in front of the Taliban and tell them that, then we will see who's the coward.

  • @WWIVStudios It's your idea. Why don't you? (:

  • @DaErinx

    Because im a "coward".

  • @WWIVStudios yeah lol i know XD

  • @DaErinx

It's not about being a coward. It's about not being an Internet Tough Guy.

I'd like to see how prepared and capable your body is when someone waits until you're six feet away and shoots you before you can use your kung fu to kill him.

  • @chitoryu12 I'd like to see the reaction on your face when his gun jams :)

  • @DaErinx

Yes, because guns are just as they appear in Hollywood: ready to jam at the slightest provocation, and jams are impossible to fix within seconds.

You seem to be counting less on your mad skillz and more on blind luck. Kinda like seeing a car about to run into you and not doing anything because the engine will probably shut down and the brakes will apply, bringing the car to an instant halt.

  • @chitoryu12 People waste too much time thinking about pulling the trigger. You can already have the guy on the ground before he thinks about putting his hand on it. And your car example was a bad way trying to explain "blind luck"

  • @DaErinx

That's about the same chance of the gun jamming for no particular reason.

If you honestly think that pulling the trigger requires time-wasting thought (it's a finger twitch), you either have no experience with guns and are trying to bullshit what your Bullshido instructor told you, or you tried to fire a gun and you were so bad at handling it that you jumped every time it went off. Which is it?

  • @chitoryu12 It depends on the situation. And in this particular case it would take some thought. However, the time they finally decide to pull the trigger, they will probably be on the ground because they relied on a weapon to protect them and didn't consider that their "victim" would use that moment of opportunity to knock them out.

  • @DaErinx

If they were honestly planning on shooting you, their most likely reaction would be to pull the trigger. If someone is cold enough to kill, they won't take enough time thinking to give you the opportunity to attack. Hell, seeing someone lunging at them will usually make them panic and pull on reflex.

  • @chitoryu12 So how do you explain all these gun men that usually get their ass handed to them when they try to rob a gas station?

  • @DaErinx

Because we're talking about somebody walking up to you and trying to shoot you, not someone threatening a gas station cashier. Don't try to move the goalposts, I've set them down with concrete.

"I'd like to see how prepared and capable your body is when someone waits until you're six feet away and shoots you before you can use your kung fu to kill him. "

What does that have to do with robbery?

  • @chitoryu12 lol @ you setting the "goalposts"Anyway, you didn't explain the situation clearly. But if it involves some guy walking toward you with a gun in his hand then chances are that he isn't going to fire because he doesn't have killing in mind and has something else planned. However, if he does want to kill then he will do it long ranged, which will still be bad because his accuracy probably wouldn't be as good and this gives you enough time to evade his fire.

  • @DaErinx

The situation very clearly states that this is a person who is going to shoot at you. There's no ifs, ands, or buts.

You obviously have absolutely zero experience with firearms if you think that they're so useless against martial arts. You're the worst bullshido expert I've conversed with.

  • @chitoryu12 Why would experience with a firearm really matter? I wouldn't want to rely on a weapon that most people use only because they either need protection or want to appear threatening. A firearm is seriously a lame weapon choice and I'm glad I never took the time to gain the experience to properly use one. Anyway, back to the marital arts thing. At least I was brave enough to fight the perpetrator and didn't need to use a weapon that's pretty cheap to kill their target

  • @DaErinx

Experience with a firearm matters because you would actually know how dangerous they are. You play way too many video games if you think that they're useless. Even a single .22 round, generally regarded as a "weak" bullet that's usually used for putting tiny holes in cans, will kill you if it hits you in the chest.

Anybody who claims that they're "brave" for trying to attack a shooter with their bare hands needs to get their head examined, and any martial arts instructor will say so.

  • @chitoryu12 It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that they are dangerous. Anyway, the guy that is using the lame method of killing aka the firearm would most likely miss at close range, which will give the person that is actually man enough to fight their assailant a perfect opportunity to knock his sorry excuse of a human being butt to the ground.

  • @DaErinx

.....most likely miss at close range.

Okay, that settles it. You're insane. Either a desperate liar or dangerously insane.

  • @chitoryu12 My homies Chuck Norris and Russell Crowe beg to differ.

  • @DaErinx

......you're just joking around with me, aren't you?

  • @chitoryu12 If it took you that long to realize that, then I have officaly lost hope in humanity.

  • @DaErinx hahaha no doubt bro I read that too

  • @DaErinx

You should. I've met people who honestly believe every word you've said.

  • @chitoryu12 Like you? lol

  • @DaErinx

No, as in people who actually think what you were joking about. There really are kiddies who believe that they can be trained in kung fu until they can fight anyone with their bare hands and that guns are "cowardly". No joke, I've talked to them.

  • @chitoryu12 Well, I can fight everyone with my bare hands and guns are cowardly :)

  • It's called shooting blanks fucktard

  • Why the green Screen???

  • @hardyextrem23 Probabaly just wanted to show us a blank background so we could see the effects better and to make the foreground stand out more than the background. Making a background very simple and boring draws much more attention to what's happening in front of you.

  • @hardyextrem23 However, in very effects driven films where the effects might look a little bit fake, directors will use a very extravagant background, which sort of draws your attention away from the effects, although you can still see them, so you don't concentrate as much and se that it's fake.

  • @yesiamawizardjonny in many scenes they actually fire blanks

. it depends on the scenario

  • In real life pistols don't really have muzzle flashes. They only do in Hollywood movies.

  • @FreeElijah That is incorrect. They may not have a muzzle flash 100% of the time, but sometimes they do.

  • @FreeElijah yah um....... actualy......your wrong.

    they atually do.

  • please teach me how to use after effects

  • @Neasyboi got to videocopilot , net

  • if there was a bullet in the clip on the model 1911 45 acp the hammer would have stayed cocked this is a giveaway it was a doopd shot added !

  • other than the fact u COCKED a semi automatic and u dont do that....good job. just cuz its on tv dnt make it real lol. once u rack it it cocks itself

  • @xxwes997xx well he seems to be making something with special effects... you know... like whats on tv? thats what this is for...

mabe stop talking about cocks and get a girl...

  • Looks really good :D Someone should make a detailed tut for this, because im noooooooooooooooooob...

  • damn thats good

  • good video. but can you help me. After I export my video the quility becomes bad you know how to fix this? please reply

  • weak

  • How come the hammer doesn't stay up after you release the slide or fire it? That would touch of the next round every time if the hammer was hitting the firing pin like that.

  • Clean Comp.

Great Work. Now try in a complex footage.

  • Great video. I'm making my own video and there's going to be shooting in it. I'm just wondering if there's a way to get that special effect for free. I don't wanna pay for it.

  • good job captain obvious. thats why the title of the video is Gun Muzzle Flash Test with After Effects, This guy is making a video using special effects, this is just a test video.

  • Yes ty. Besides in the first one he shoots a REAL bullet. and the second one he doesnt. Watch the slide. and the empty cartrige.

  • atvboy11= FAIL

  • Vicky VJM=FAIL. Ok really go get a life. That goes to all of you computer nerds..... I dont want to have to wright another comment

  • dude are u retarted he made the effect of the gun shooting.... and hes just showing you the footage he used to make the effect..... so dont go talking shit unless u know what ur talking about...

  • @prokid585 Sorry, iam not a nerd. But i still know that he shot a live round in the first one.

  • @atvboy11 He is not shooting a live round. It's an airsoft co2/gas pistol i presume. But its definently not a real pistol by any means. If that was an actual "Remington45" the hammer wouldnt be reset to starting position. The

  • Thank you for explaining this to me, and the nerds...

  • You'er welcome : )

  • @atvboy11 then don't write another comment -.-

  • @nejtack1 I aint 30 years old. and i HAVE shot a gun. and i HAVE a gun. and i DO live in texas. (good guess) Now good day to you all. for i am not replying to this fake video anymore. Todalu nerds

  • @atvboy11 you sad hillybilly

  • @atvboy11 nascar sucks!!!

  • ur calling us nerds after u said"tudalo"?????

  • @atvboy11 buddy after having a youtube argument about a visual effects test and claiming to know so much about guns... you can't call anyone a nerd...

  • @atvboy11 NO SHIT DUMBASS

  • @atvboy11 are you fuking retarded?

  • that was kul. You could get a blow back airsoft gun, it would cut your post work in half.

  • its a real gun

  • nicely done, though can't do much about the hammer.

  • the hammer position at the end is wrong.. it had to be in single-action position...

  • Comment removed

  • whaat the mag is loaded

  • its good, but too realistic. I think you sacrificed entertainment for gun realism. Make the flash bigger, and change the sound it sounds like something falling really hard. Other then that excellent

  • so? realism is what makes it awesome. i prefer this over crappy cheesy looking flashes.

  • what you think is what you think, i didn't ask what you thought of my opinion. My comment was directed at the maker of the video.

  • what you thought of was shit. fuck off.

  • if you really want people to listen and care about your opinions and what you have to say. I suggest you get some self control and manners. End of discussion

  • kthxbai fuckface

  • cool, but no bullets in the clip gave it away

  • Green screens were probobly used in 911

  • i hope your joking

  • ouch.....when you slammed the action forward like that, that really damages the gun. for example the firing pin. And you shouldn't pull the trigger either. If this was a movie prop gun then that's different.

  • Wrong, wrong, and wrong. What a douche.

  • Are you calling me a douche? If so study up on firearms.

  • Yes, I'm calling you a douche. There is absolutely nothing wrong with dry firing a gun, it's not a bow. You're the one who needs to study up on firearms. How is it harmful to "slam the 'action' forward"? What do you think happens when you actually fire the gun? The slide slams forward!!! Woa! Who woulda though!?!? Jeesh, what a douche.

  • @VickyVJM Good point well made.

  • @VickyVJM wanna see my broken firing pin from dry firing.

  • @VickyVJM wanna see my broken firing pin from dry firing.

  • @VickyVJM Ur correct. Today's guns are design to eliminate harmfuls effect of dry firing. But thats not universal to all guns. Go to wikipedia and look up "snap cap" Having said that, in the military, dryfiring exercises are common, and harmless to weapons, to train proper trigger squeeze. However, at no time should a bolt be allowed to "slam" forward without the cushioning of the brass rim of the cartrige. I've seen fractured bolts due to just that but Ive never seen a broken firing pin

  • Sorry, I meant douche nozzle.

  • LOL OWNED WEEN

  • OMG He killed Kenny! YOU BASTARD...

    5 stars!!!

  • Comment removed

  • lol and the shell XD

  • great job looks good

  • Since when have any gun fire shots been realistic in any movies?

  • it looked real except for the smoke..

  • cool , really nice done

  • It`s looks very real!

  • so the bullet just kind of... stores all the empty shells or?

  • Watch really close right when he fires it, there the bullet above the gun.

  • oh very true. yet very unrealistic. since when are the shells that size haha

  • A tank shell maybe?! Haha.

  • that looks legit man awsome

  • The only problem is that the hammer would still be cocked after the shot, as required with a single action 1911 semi-auto. But cool!

  • the funny thing is it never stayed cocked when he pressed the slide release lolz

  • i am very confused as to the point of this video to be honest.

  • @cardjesus08

You see, He's showing what he was capable of doing with the Program Adobe After Effects, sorta like Photoshop but for movies.

It's really good stuff, and it's the kinda thing people would use to make say "light sabres glow" or "insane bloody cut marks/explosions" and that kinda stuff.

  • Nice job, very well done. I love how you added the comparison; original footage as well as the masterpiece =D

  • wher do you get the awsome props plese respond

    5/5

    :)

  • I'm about 99.9% sure that's not a prop. You can get props online everywhere though, it's not like people are hiding them from you.

  • this is Colt 45 1911 not the remmington one but who cares! its cool!

  • It's a Remington Rand 1911A.

  • but it does look alot like a colt eh?

thanks for telling wich one.. : )

  • Too big for a 1911. It needs to be smaller and faster (maybe 2 frames long out of a 25 FPS video).

  • too much smoke.

  • Good work, it's not easy to simulate recoil, kinda silly to nitpick that sort of thing when the entire purpose of the video is to showcase the software capabilities.

  • THAT`S COOL

  • Nice!

  • What kind of prop is that? I don't really know anything about the Remington, but the hammer not being cocked after the slide goes into battery seems off to me... wouldn't that only happen on a DAO, or maybe a really weird DA/SA? But AFAIK all 1911 patter guns should be SAO (except for the Para "LDA" variants). It looks like a real piece though, especially the magazine. Huh...

The flash looks like a stock effect, but good job not exaggerating the recoil!

  • loooool

  • Very well done. But make sure that the hammer is all the way back again after the slide cycles.

  • is that a colt or a browning? cuz i have a browning that looks almost identical

  • colt
