@AlexTheSkunk - He never wanted to do a third. He wasn't happy that they've left it so long, he wanted three to be out within a few years of two but they've left it till 2012. Dan Akyroyd and Harold Ramis have a script where Egon is a ghost, Peter and Dana are a couple and they hire new Ghostbusters as the ghosts are slowly creeping out. The new team go to a warehouse where they're sucked into another dimension where nobody speaks the same language and the originals have to bust them out.

Whoever organized the soundtracks for GB1 & GB2 needs to come back for GB3. Whether it's the horn riffs on "Savin' the Day," or the eerie melodies of tracks like "Magic," or the thematic boom of the "Ghostbusters" theme, "On Our Own," & "Flip City", I love how the music audibly gives you that visual of a city on the brink & the GB are our last hope. The person(s) that pieced these sndtrks together really had an ear for that definitive 'Ghostbusters' sound...

Like the game Strangle Hold... its the sequel to the movie Hard Boiled.
