I'm thinking of buying one of these. I've been using iPods for a while now. Is this Sony has a easy navigation for creating and editing playlist? I read some reviews, and the only negative comments were the content transfer software.

Do you have to plug it into a computer to charge it? How long is the battery life?

@wolfvsmoon You dont have to. Its a USB port in it so you can use many cord to charge it. I found an old wall charger for a Motorolla Razor and now i use that to charge it. The battery life is pretty long. It lasts about two days for me.

I would say the ipod has better sound, i don't know but to me it seems smoother on the ipod.

This thing can only come close to the advertised battery life if you don't touch anything.Under normal usage, the battery lasts 10-15 hours.
